Returns and exchange policy

What is your return policy or exchange policy?
All sales are final.  There are no returns/refunds on any merchandise that has been shipped.
Unopened products may be exchanged within 2 days of receipt.  Bundles can only be exchanged if the wrong item was shipped, or if you feel that the product is defective, but that is at the sole discretion of Crowned Luxury, LLC.  If we verify that the product is defective, we will exchange or replace that item.  If we do not deem the item defective, we will return the item, WITHOUT an exchange of the product.
For bundles, exchanges can only be honored if requests are made within 2 business days of delivery.  Any requests after the 2nd day will not be honored.
Federal law prohibits returning any human hair products that have been used, including removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on, washing it or processing it in any way.  Any alterations of the bundle will VOID the exchange policy.  Please return the item in the original and re-saleable condition.  All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and return shipping must be paid by the sender.
